Read the article here.Currently they can be found in bulb modules used to replace typical incandescent light bulbs. However, their use is limited as it is very rare for a LED light bulb to be able to replace the brightness from a full 100W incandescent....
Because of this reason, and because of their increased cost over incandescent bulbs, they are not so desired. However, LEDstuff is in the process of acquiring a brand new unit which is soon to be in production! This module will be sourced directly from China, and will be available very soon for a very competitive price!
Using an LED bulb will save you a lot of money in the long run for two reasons:
1. They use very little power! Even less than those energy saving bulbs!2. They last much much longer, so you will be buying and replacing bulbs less often!
